Enterprise Canada welcomes Madi Douma as Coordinator, Public Relations

Enterprise Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Madi Douma as Coordinator, Public Relations. Starting with the firm as an intern, Madi has quickly built a strong foundation in media and influencer relations, supporting integrated campaigns with a focus on execution, coordination and audience engagement.

“Madi has been a fantastic addition to the team from day one,” said Kalvin Reid, Principal, Enterprise Canada. “Her attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to support fast-moving files make her a valuable contributor to our client work and our team.” 

Prior to joining Enterprise Canada full-time, Madi began her career with the firm as an intern, where she developed hands-on experience in agency operations and media relations. She also brings experience supporting communications initiatives for not-for-profits and small businesses, with a focus on community engagement and event execution. 

In her new role, Madi supports media and influencer relations across a range of sectors, contributing to media outreach, monitoring and reporting, and influencer coordination. She also plays a key role in supporting events and media-facing activations, helping ensure seamless execution and strong stakeholder engagement. 

Madi holds a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations from Niagara College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Brock University.
