Former Advisor to Ontario’s Minister of Health Ashlee Babcock joins EnterpriseHealth as Vice President

Enterprise Canada is excited to welcome Ashlee Babcock as a Vice President of EnterpriseHealth – a leading health care government relations and communications team supporting clients across the country.
Ashlee joins EnterpriseHealth after most recently serving as Executive Director of Policy to Ontario’s Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, where she played a central role in shaping the government’s health policy agenda and advising on some of the province’s most significant health system priorities.
Prior to joining the Ontario government, Ashlee was Niagara Health’s inaugural Director of Strategy and Enterprise Project Management Office, where she developed and implemented the strategic plan and initiatives for the hospital. Her experience inside one of Ontario’s largest hospital systems provides firsthand insight into the operational realities, funding pressures, and policy challenges facing the health care system.
Bringing experience from both inside government and the health system, Ashlee offers clients a unique perspective on how policy decisions are shaped, how the health system operates, and how organizations can effectively engage government to achieve their objectives.
