Enterprise Canada welcomes Eric Osborne as Senior Consultant, EnterpriseHealth

Enterprise Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Osborne as Senior Consultant, EnterpriseHealth in Toronto. A seasoned government relations professional with deep experience across Ontario’s political and legislative landscape, Eric brings a strong understanding of how issues move through government, how decisions are made, and how to translate political dynamics into clear, actionable and effective government relations strategies for clients. 

“Eric’s experience at Queen’s Park and across multiple campaigns gives him a practical understanding of how to navigate government and deliver results,” said Carly Ellis, Partner, Enterprise Canada and Senior Vice President, EnterpriseHealth. “His ability to connect policy, politics and communications will be an immediate asset to our clients and a strong addition to our EnterpriseHealth team.”

Before joining Enterprise Canada, Eric held senior roles at Queen’s Park, including Chief of Staff to the Interim Leader of the Ontario Liberal Party, Senior Advisor to the Ontario Liberal Caucus, and Director of Operations during the 2025 provincial election. Through these roles, Eric maintained broad, multi‑partisan relationships and has particular experience in health and long‑term care. 

Throughout his career, Eric has led high-stakes communications, media relations, and issues management efforts in fast-moving political environments, serving as a spokesperson for campaigns and caucuses and advising senior leaders on strategy and stakeholder engagement. 
 
As Senior Consultant, EnterpriseHealth, Eric will support clients with government relations, strategic communications, and issues management, helping organizations navigate complex policy environments and advance their priorities with clarity and impact.
