Nicole is a communications and marketing expert with experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, brand marketing and creative design. Nicole has an established track record of managing strong teams, and delivering exceptional brand strategy and communication plans in highly regulated markets. She has experience providing strategic advice to over 50 different public and private companies, related to proxy contests, annual and special meetings, M&A transactions and investor relations. 

Inside Experience

• Before joining us, Nicole worked for a number of cannabis companies with operations in both Canada and the US. 
• Nicole was responsible for all brand management, communication and trade marketing activities related to The Supreme Cannabis Company and its brands, successfully achieving top 10 market share prior to its sale to Canopy Growth. 
• Developed high profile campaigns against public companies or defended against shareholder actions in both the US and Canada including, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hain Celestial, InnVest REIT, Jamba Juice, and iRobot.
