Enterprise Canada continues to expand in Western Canada with new Alberta hire
Edmonton, AB – Enterprise Canada is pleased to welcome Amiel Pion as a Consultant in our growing Western Canada practice. Based in our Edmonton office, Amiel brings experience from both the Alberta Legislature and local political campaigns to our team.
“Amiel’s experience within the Alberta Legislature and on local campaigns enhances the depth of our Alberta-based team,” said Steven McLelan, Vice President, Western Canada. “His understanding of Alberta politics coupled with his campaign mindset will be an asset as we continue to deliver integrated public affairs strategies for clients across Alberta and Western Canada.”
A political science graduate of the University of Calgary, Amiel began his career interning with the United Conservative Party of Alberta as well as in the offices of Alberta’s Minister of Culture and Alberta’s Associate Minister of Status of Women. He also served as a Legislative Coordinator for the United Conservative Party Caucus, where he provided policy and communications support to numerous MLAs, and worked in the constituency office of the MLA for Calgary-North.
At Enterprise Canada, Amiel will support clients in Alberta and across Western Canada by applying his first-hand knowledge of the inner workings of the UCP Caucus and Alberta Legislature, helping them influence complex public policy challenges.
