Enterprise Canada Officially Welcomes Eden Cooper-Squires as Public Affairs Consultant

Toronto, ON – Enterprise Canada is thrilled to officially welcome Eden Cooper-Squires as a Public Affairs Consultant after completing her internship. Based in Toronto, she is now a member of the firm’s Ontario Government Relations team, supporting clients across the agriculture, consumer, post-secondary, and entertainment sectors. 

A public affairs professional with experience across Canadian and U.S. political environments, Eden’s work focuses on government engagement, regulatory navigation, policy research, stakeholder outreach, and supporting advocacy initiatives with provincial and federal decision-makers. 

“Eden brings a strong mix of policy insight, professionalism, and practical experience to her work,” said Jonathan Sampson, Vice President at Enterprise Canada. “She quickly proved herself as an intern and has continued to be a thoughtful, reliable contributor to our Ontario government relations team and to the clients we support.” 

Prior to joining Enterprise Canada, Eden worked in public affairs in Los Angeles, where she supported community engagement, coalition building, advocacy, strategic communications, and event management across municipalities, major tech and retail companies, and health care organizations. 

Eden’s strong foundation in policy analysis, cross-border perspective, and collaborative approach strengthens her ability to support clients and work effectively across Enterprise Canada’s team. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California.
