Amiel began his career working on local political campaigns and interning with the United Conservative Party of Alberta, as well as in the offices of Alberta’s Minister of Culture and Associate Minister of Status of Women. Most recently, he worked in the constituency office for the MLA for Calgary-North and as a Legislative Coordinator for the UCP Caucus.
A graduate of the University of Calgary, Amiel has developed a practical understanding of Alberta’s political landscape. He recognizes the importance of clear, strategic communication in reaching the right audiences and supports Enterprise Canada’s Western Canada team in developing integrated public affairs strategies that cut through the noise and resonate with both decision-makers and the public.
