Hannah is a seasoned public affairs strategist and government relations expert with a decade of experience navigating political landscapes across Canada.  

In her role, Hannah brings a deep understanding of provincial policy-making, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advocacy to help clients advance their priorities across government and industry – always with a focus on driving impact and aligning public policy with real-world outcomes. 

Before joining Enterprise Canada, Hannah held senior leadership roles with the Government of Ontario, including serving as Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Rural Affairs, where she led the development of Ontario’s first rural economic strategy in over a decade and secured a 100 per cent increase in funding for a flagship rural development program.  

With experience spanning housing, tourism, small business, and anti-human trafficking, Hannah has built a reputation for bridging policy, communications and politics to deliver meaningful results. 

Inside Experience

• Former Chief of Staff, Ontario Ministry of Rural Affairs – led the creation of the ministry and development of Ontario’s first rural economic strategy in over a decade 
• Key contributor to Ontario’s $307-million Anti-Human Trafficking Strategy and two Housing Supply Action Plans 
• Senior advisor to multiple government ministers on policy and stakeholder engagement across numerous portfolios, including housing, tourism, and small business 
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and building coalitions with municipal, industry, and community leaders
