Erica is a senior communication and thought leadership strategist. Drawing on her experience advising leaders in politically and reputationally charged environments, she specializes in shaping strategic positioning that transforms technical complexity into persuasive storytelling.

Before joining Enterprise, Erica led global thought leadership at Geotab, working across international markets to deliver research-driven insights on AI-powered connected transportation. Her background also includes directing public relations strategy and advocacy initiatives, and developing executive communications for Music Canada. Erica has held senior government roles, including positions within the Office of the Prime Minister and the Office of the Premier of Ontario.

Inside Experience

• Responsible for the global thought leadership strategy at a multinational technology company.
• Led the public relations strategy and advocacy initiatives for a trade association representing Canada’s major record labels.
• Held progressively senior government communications roles, including within the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ontario Premier’s Office, and as a Director of Communications to federal and provincial ministers.
• Extensive experience advising executives and senior leaders on reputation, public affairs, and media strategy.
• Graduate of a Joint Honours degree in Communication and Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
