Based in Calgary, Colin is a seasoned communications professional with experience in media relations, issues management, crisis communications, and strategic communications.  

Before joining Enterprise, he served as Acting Director of Government Communications to Alberta’s 19th Premier and as Senior Press Secretary to Alberta’s Minister of Mental Health and Addiction. 

Colin has worked on and developed communications strategies for many high-profile policy and program changes in both Alberta and Ontario. From managing Alberta’s education ministerial communications in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to mitigating media issues for comprehensive reforms to some of Ontario’s social assistance programs, he has a breadth of experience communicating complex, challenging issues to the public and media. 

Colin’s career has spanned two Canadian provinces and one European country. He recognizes that there is no one-size fits all approach to communicating with diverse audiences and can craft strategies that resonate with the public, media, and decision-makers.
