For most people, not having their good work noticed is a problem. For Andy, it means success because good design is design that’s unseen—putting the user’s journey at its heart, allowing them to absorb information logically and clearly. That’s what Andy does so well as our art director, leading our team of designers and helping their work not get noticed, too, through skillful use of colours, fonts, and spaces.
The power of imagery is why he first entered the design world. Sure, he works with people whose world revolves around words. But he knows those words need to be conveyed intuitively with crisp, efficient layout to help the viewer grasp the point more easily—whether scrolling through a website or leafing through a report. In fact, thanks to Andy’s keen eye, our clients don’t even notice his work at all.

- Experience in multiple platforms, and comfortable designing for print, web, or apps
