Enterprise Expands Western Canada Practice with Addition of Nicole Sparrow

EDMONTON, AB — Enterprise Canada is excited to announce the addition of Nicole Sparrow as a Senior Consultant to our growing Western Canada team of strategic communication professionals.

Nicole joins Enterprise straight from Alberta’s Legislature, most recently serving as the Chief of Staff to the Minister of Children’s Services. During this time, she led complex files with large issues management components, including the rollout and implementation of the Federal-Provincial $10 a day Child Care Agreement.

“Nicole really understands the intersection between politics, the media and marketing that is essential when developing winning campaigns for our clients that move the needle with both government and the public,” said Steven McLelan, Director, Western Canada. “We’re thrilled to have someone with Nicole’s experience on our Western Canada team.”

During her time at Alberta’s legislature, she also served as Press Secretary in Alberta Education and worked in numerous federal and provincial campaigns throughout her career, where she was able to leverage her talent for breaking down complex ideas and communicating them in a way that resonates.

“It’s an exciting time in Alberta politics and Nicole comes with a fresh and deep understanding of what drives this government in today’s public affairs landscape,” said Jason Lietaer, President of Enterprise Canada. “Her perspective combined with her communications and issues management expertise, make her an incredible value add to our team and our clients in Alberta and beyond.”

Nicole has a degree in Political Science from Queens University and is based out of Edmonton, Alberta.
