Enterprise Canada Expands in Vancouver Market with Launch of Dedicated British Columbia Practice 

Vancouver, BC – Enterprise Canada is thrilled to welcome Rachael Segal as Vice President, British Columbia Lead and General Counsel as part of our growing Western Canada team. A seasoned political strategist, lawyer and media commentator, Rachael brings a wealth of experience that will help Enterprise Canada formally launch a dedicated British Columbia practice.

With a career spanning decades in provincial capitals and Parliament Hill, Rachael has advised senior leaders of government and political candidates at all levels of government across the country. She is a sought-after political commentator and shares insights weekly on CBC’s Power & Politics, CBC Vancouver’s The Early Edition and 730 CKNW, along with many other media outlets across the country. In addition to her work in government and media, Rachael has taught at the Joy MacPhail School of Public Policy in Vancouver.

In 2023, she launched Beyond a Ballot, a platform dedicated to engaging Canadian women in politics through education, media product, and community-building. Its signature podcast, Beyond a Ballot, has become one of the top political podcasts in Canada.

As Vice President, British Columbia Lead and General Counsel, Rachael will play a pivotal role in further expanding Enterprise Canada across the province, providing strategic counsel to clients navigating government relations, public affairs, and communications challenges. Rachael will also advise Creative Currency, Enterprise Canada’s sister advertising agency and content studio.
