Enterprise Canada continues to grow in Western Canada with new hire in B.C. 

Vancouver, BC – Enterprise Canada is pleased to welcome David Gulliver as a senior consultant, continuing to grow its Western Canada practice and expanding its presence in British Columbia. With a deep understanding of politics developed through work on campaigns in B.C. and across the country, David brings a strong background in communications, stakeholder engagement and government relations that will help position clients for success.

Based in Vancouver, David previously served as a B.C. regional organizer for the federal New Democratic Party, where he led campaign strategies and outreach efforts, and acted as a liaison for Members of Parliament. He has also worked on and managed local campaigns in B.C., Ontario and the United Kingdom, and served as a senior constituency advisor to Bruce Ralston, a former B.C. cabinet minister and MLA for Surrey-Whalley. 

A seasoned political strategist with public affairs experience, David brings a campaign mindset and a strong foundation in research, public relations and digital strategy that will help clients navigate government and position themselves to influence media and the public.
