Pine River Institute (PRI) wanted to set strategic priorities that identified the position of PRI within the current youth addictions environment, and resonated with staff, clients, and their families. Our team surveyed PRI clients, ran extensive research on sector trends, and interviewed industry experts and politicians to inform the development of Hope is a Place – a strategic plan with five main priorities informing the future direction of PRI.
