The Sheppard East Business Improvement Area (BIA), having watched the chaos surrounding the St. Clair Avenue West LRT construction, retained Enterprise Canada to assist them in ensuring the government heard their concerns.
As a result of our work, many city and TTC officials commended the BIA for its approach and its clear, thoughtful and reasoned positions. In the end, the TTC made significant changes to plans for the project that reflected most of the BIA’s recommendations.
